Wytwornia Club opening

The Lodz Film Studios began production just after the end of the Second World War. But after the political system changes in 1989, the studios fell on hard times and finally closed in 1998. The extraordinary history of the location attracted an investor, TOYA, who decided to revitalise the premises. The first purpose of the renewal process was to modernise and revive this forgotten venue. At the same time the investor wanted to underline the history and retain the character of the former studios. In two of the former studio halls ,TOYA installed moveable stages and stands, modern sound and lighting equipment. Balconies and a VIP room were also added. The first stage of this revitalisation was completed in 2007 together with the opening of the Wytwornia Club. The club is now one of the biggest music clubs in Poland.

Extraordinary events

Wytwornia Club has been constantly developing since its opening. It is now a well-established location on both the cultural maps of Lodz and Poland. The club hosts over 100 events such as concerts, exhibitions, plays, movies , fashion shows, car premieres and meetings with artists every year. These include famous festivals such as The Summer Jazz Academy, The Energy of Culture, The International Festival of Plays, Pleasant and Unpleasant, Soundedit, The Bronx Hip Hop Festival and The Łódź Four Cultures Festival. Wytwornia is an ideal venue to organise conferences, cocktail parties, and many other types of corporate events.
